'Educate Girls End Poverty' Logo Design Contest - Congratulations to the winner! PDF Print

In September, we launched a design contest to choose a logo for a girls’ education project. We invited designers from all over the world to participate, and received over a hundred designs from countries such as the Philippines, Slovakia, Kenya, Canada, Peru and Australia. The selection committee, comprised of Somali and Kenyan partners, came to a decision and selected the winner! This will be the logo for “Educate Girls, End Poverty” Project in Somalia! Thank you to all designers for participating in this contest, and congratulations to “DesignGreen,” for winning the 1st prize!

Please keep following us as we continue to support girls in Somalia to enrol in school, inspire them to stay in school, and make sure they graduate from school with the knowledge that enables them to break the cycle of poverty.
