CONSULTANCY:EVALUATION FOR PROMOTING A CULTURE OF INCLUSION IN SOMALIA

Bid Title: CONSULTANCY FOR FINAL EVALUATION OF THE EU FUNDED PROJECT: “PROMOTING A CULTURE OF INCLUSION IN SOMALIA’’

 Dear Sir/ Madam,

You are invited to submit a proposal for the above consultancy services to International Committee for the Development of Peoples ( CISP) under ‘’EU CULTURE ‘’ Project .

 The details and requirements  of our request are contained in the attached ‘’Terms of  Reference’’ Document  . 

For your convenience the main events in the timeline are detailed below;

 1.)    NO later than 6th March  2020, the bidder shall complete and return to us by via  Email : procurement@cisp-som.org  the  following requirements  :

•  Profile of the Consultancy firm 

• Curriculum Vitae/ Resume  of the Lead Consultants of the Firm 

• Technical and financial proposal
• Cover letter for the Request for Proposal ( RFP)

• Tax Compliance Certificate ( Where applicable)
• Three Letters of recommendations/ contracts  from Companies/ Organizations served in the past three years 
• PIN certificate ( where applicable )
• Recent Bank Statements ( six Months)
• Audited Accounts ( 2019-2020 ) if applicable
• Certificate of the Company Registration if applicable

 2.)   Prospective bidder requiring  any clarification on Technical and financial proposal  matters may notify C.I.S.P via Email:procurement@cisp-som.org  not later than 26th February 2020.C.I.S.P will  respond to any request for clarification of the RFPthat it receives prior to the deadline  for queries as indicated above.

3.)   Proposals must be received at C.I.S.P through the ONLY   Email address specified above .

4) At the discretion of C.I.S.P,  you  may be invited to supply additional information on the contents of your proposal during the Evaluation process, this will be communicated via Email should need arise.

 5) Evaluation of Proposals and the selection of the Consultancy services will be performed  in accordance with  CISP Procurement  rules and procedures.

• Child Protection Policy ( Kenya and Somalia)
• CISP Code of Conduct for IAPG Agencies and Suppliers 
• CISP PSEA Policy
• CISP Management Systems 
• Logical Framework
